Meet the management team

Jane has been managing the charity Response Handling business at docdata for over 6 years, having previously held Senior Management roles for Nestle and Otto mail order for over 10 years.

 

Her passions are motivating excellence from individuals, encouraging team spirit and optimising client satisfaction.

Jane’s claim to fame is that she’s been ‘Lawrenced’ after Lawrence Llewellyn-Bowen created an Egyptian tomb dining room in her home for the BBC series ‘Fantasy Rooms’!

Luke joined the docdata Account Management team in November 2003, after successful stints in the Promotional and Field Marketing industries. He has previously worked with high profile clients such as Gillette, Duracell and Asda, as well as media clients including the Daily Mail, Express and Times.

His strengths include excellent organisational abilities, enthusiasm and teamworking skills and his experience in various client facing roles allows him to liaise confidently and constructively with his contacts. Luke most enjoys following projects through to completion, exceeding client expectations and delivering effective solutions on time.

Suzannah has been with docdata since 2004, beginning as Contact Centre Manager and then moving to an Account Manager role within the docdata Fulfilment business. Suzannah moved to the Response Handling Account Management team in 2006, adding value to her charity client accounts, before taking up the Client Relations Manager role to share her key skills in building and nurturing client relationships with the team of Account Managers.

John joined the docdata IT team in September 2009, after working for a diverse range of global businesses. He has previously worked with clients such as Xerox, Oyez Straker and Corus as well as well know fashion houses including Paul Smith, John Rocha and Vivienne Westwood.

His strengths include business analysis, project management and database design. He is enthusiastic and enjoys working with and motivating teams. Delivering stable, function rich IT solutions to both the business and clients is his main focus.

Outside of work John loves travelling, hiking and skiing.

Kirsty manages the Sortation operations team at docdata and has a wide range of operational and administrative experience, including roles in catering, bar management and recruitment.

Kirsty began work at docdata in 2007, progressing to the role of Operations Supervisor after gaining valuable experience and process knowledge as an administrator within the Account Management team.

Aga manages the Datacapture team at docdata and joined the company in 2005, having worked in the banking industry for six years. Since her arrival she has worked within the datacapture and banking teams, covering all areas of operations.

Aga’s organisational skills, datacapture experience and process knowledge provide vital support to our team of accurate and efficient datacapturists.

Serena joined the docdata Account Management team in September 2008, after 9 years in business banking with Natwest, Barclays and Lloyds TSB. She has worked with companies ranging from start-up’s to established business turning over in excess of £1m per annum.

Serena also has experience in the Estate Agency and Recruitment sectors and her strengths include pro-activity and customer focused organisational skills. Serena enjoys building client relationships and adding value for her customers.

Serena joined the docdata Account Management team in September 2008, after 9 years in business banking with Natwest, Barclays and Lloyds TSB. She has worked with companies ranging from start-up’s to established business turning over in excess of £1m per annum.

Jonathan joined docdata in January 2009 and has over 5 years experience in customer service, sales and account management. Having previously worked for a scientific publisher as a Customer Service and Sales Representative and a pharmaceutical company as a Territory Manager and Business Development Manager, Jonathan brings a wide range of skills and knowledge to the team and his clients.

Jonathan enjoys building relationships with his clients and feels that attention to detail is a key factor in delivering consistently high service levels.

Tracey joined docdata following an administration role with Certikin International and her hardworking and enthusiastic approach provides a superb platform for all Account Management administration.

Tracey is a happy and helpful member of the team, always organised, tidy and meticulous in her approach to supporting our clients and Account Management team.

Ron has been the finance director of a number of manufacturing companies in the West Midlands, having qualified in CIMA over 30 years ago.

He has worked at docdata for 10 years, moving from the Media divsion to act as finance director across all of the UK companies.

Married with two children, Ron is a "suffering" Blues supporter.

Steph is the longest serving member of staff at docdata, having joined the company in 1995. Steph previously spent 8 years in the Royal Navy, joining docdata in the Client Services division and being involved in the initial implementations of our first Charity clients, laying the groundwork for many of our Account Management and Client Service processes.

As the Human Resources Manager for the UK group of docdata companies, Steph is responsible for ensuring best practice in all aspects of our work, as well as Health & Safety, facilities and providing support and consultation services to the management team.

Steph is the longest serving member of staff at docdata, having joined the company in 1995. Steph previously spent 8 years in the Royal Navy, joining docdata in the Client Services division and being involved in the initial implementations of our first Charity clients, laying the groundwork for many of our Account Management and Client Service processes.

Sue is an external consultant currently on a short term contract with docdata to provide maternity leave cover for Suzannah.

Sue has worked in the DM services sector for over 20 years and has held senior roles in DM agencies, data companies and response handling/production houses.  For the last 13 years she has worked primarily with the not-for-profit sector and set up as an independent consultant three years ago. She provides consultancy and business support services to both charities and commercial services companies in areas such as business systems and processes, DM/CRM support infrastructures, outsource management, compliance and training & development.

Sue has worked alongside docdata for many years, formerly as a client and more recently providing external consultancy on a wide range of business and client development projects. 

Sue’s two biggest passions are travelling and animals – she has spent time with orang-utans in Borneo, with bengal tigers in India, with jack-ass penguins at the Cape of Good Hope and has driven a team of huskies in the arctic.
